Think Globally, Swim Locally! Lose the Shame Suit!

Naked Wiki is the home of BeachRally.org! This international grassroots project is aimed at organizing and promoting beach rally events in cities around the globe advocating for the development of clothing-optional beaches operating within family-friendly, non-sexualized contexts.

Lee Baxandall, Founder of The Naturist Society once said: "Every civilized nation has nude beaches. That's a mark of a civilized nation".[1]

We believe in order to honor this belief and provide a true and lasting legacy for ourselves and future generations we should all do what we can to support free beaches.

We believe government should not interfere with how we choose to spend OUR FREE TIME, especially ON OUR DIME! Further, government has no business setting dress codes at the beach, lest we fall into a quasi Nanny state where nanny citizens turn against their neighbors and summon the police for harmless acts of sunbathing and skinny dipping.

[edit] List of rallies

Organize a beach rally! Beach rallies can be clothed or clothing-optional. They can be beach wade-ins, rallies, or rallies in front of governmental buildings. They can be a component of another event, like World Naked Bike Ride. Be creative! The idea is to be actively engaging the community. If you are interested in organizing an event in your city please list the event and date below with a location, time and other information. Just hit the edit button and add your info!

All rides listed here must commit to our Beach Rally principles.
